Meet our experienced dental staff who are dedicated to provide you the best dental care possible. Our team consists of highly trained professionals who are passionate about dentistry and they are committed to ensure comfort and satisfaction. From our friendly practice coordinator to our skilled dentists and dental nurses, we are here to make your experience a positive one.
In our practice we speak English, Ukrainian, Russian, Bulgarian, Malayalam, Tamil (and
understand Hindi), so please don't hesitate to ask for a translator if you need help.
Dentist
Dr Stanimira Stavreva - Stassi
GDC No 172680
Dr Stassi's extensive qualification list includes a Doctor of Dental Medicine in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2007; Clinical Psychology; MSc (University of Manchester) in Restorative Dentistry and Aesthetics in 2014; PG diploma in advanced Endodontics (the highly skilled treatment of infections and disease of the dental pulp with root-fillings) from Chester University.
Dr Stassi began practicing in the UK in 2010, providing patients with health services around Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Gloucestershire. She worked both privately and within the National Health Service over the past years, and for a short time, she assisted with the teaching process at the University of Birmingham.
During the COVID pandemic, Dr Stassi also worked in the Community Dental Services as a Community Dental Officer. As a practitioner with a special interest in Endodontics and aesthetics, Dr Stassi is dedicated to saving teeth and achieving the best aesthetic results possible.
In addition to her Master's degree in Aesthetics and Restorative Dentistry, Dr Stassi offers facial aesthetic injectable treatments, including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. Dr Stassi enjoys getting involved in charity work and raised thousands of pounds for various charities. At our launch, Dr Stassi and Reindeer Court Dental raised £420 for the Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven.
Dentist
Dr Uthara Mariyam Shaju

Uthara gained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from MGR University in India in 2012. After eight years in general practice, she moved to the UK and gained her Licence in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2023.
Dr Uthara aims to assist every patient to achieve and maintain optimal oral health care. She had the privilege of being able to work privately and with NHS since 2023. In December 2024 she completed anterior and posterior composite bonding technique restoration, which is focused in direct anterior and posterior composite. This is an option that is minimally invasive restorative technique for patients.
Currently doing an OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies course, which enhances your facial features and reduces fine lines and wrinkles.
Dr Uthara has an interest in being able to provide these services to patients in the future.
Dr Uthara’s passions aside from work are in more of a creative art form, like painting and cooking. She also thoroughly enjoys getting out into nature and travelling.

Lucy Brown

Lucy is the face behind the reception who will greet you once you step in our practice. She is a very knowledgeable member of staff with over 16 years of experience in the dental sector.
Lucy has been in different roles during her career and this makes her the perfect fit for our team. She has started her dental journey as a dental nurse, then has worked long years as treatment coordinator leading to her position as practise coordinator and manager.

Natalie Guinan

Natalie's career in Dentistry began in 2004, when she started as a Dental nurse.
She then became more interested in being more hands on and really making a difference to people’s oral health and qualified as Dental Hygienist/ Therapist in June 2010 at Kings College London.
Natalie enjoys educating her patients about their oral health and forming good, trusting relationships, so that they feel confident and relaxed under her care.
Outside of work Natalie enjoys time with her two children, walking her dog, cooking, reading and running.

Alice Grace Davis

Alice has over 9 years of experience in the dental industry and still loves it like the day she started.
Meeting new people and seeing the dental transformation has always been something that she have enjoyed.
Outside of dentistry, she loves travelling and you can always discuss a holiday with her!

Zoriana
Zori is originally a qualified dentist from Ukraine and is currently working hard towards practising dentistry in the UK. For now, you’ll see Zori looking after our patients as a dental nurse, where she brings kindness, care, and professionalism to every appointment.
Outside of work, Zori enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter – and, of course, studying for her upcoming exams.

Ira Chorii
Ira is already a qualified dental Nurse from Ukraine. She moved to the UK with her family, because of the war.
She has recently joined a dental Nurse Course in England and she will be doing the course, whilst she is clinically helping us and our wonderful patients.
Outside work, Ira loves helping Aspeera charity, spending time with her family and reading.

Illiana
Illy arrived in England in 2010, bringing her determination and resilience to embark on a new journey with her daughter. Illy has a wealth of experience in customer care and teamwork.
Now, in her 60s, she joined our team as a Dental Trainee Nurse and Receptionist She is fluent in English, Bulgarian, and Russian, ensuring our patients feel comfortable and understood.
She continues her her journey o learning and development, demonstrating that the pursuit of knowledge knows no age.

Noa
She is happy to bring her expertise to the role and help out patients in the practice feel always welcome and comfortable
Noa is also a qualified Graphic Designer, who enjoys bringing a bit of creativity to any workplace.
In her spare time she enjoys cooking and going on walks with her dog.

Daniela
Daniela is the person behind the social media channels, website and marketing.
She helps on reception on rare occasions and also creates all videos and visual designs and graphics.
Daniela is a cake maker and enjoys creating beautiful cakes and bakes for everyone.
